As part of its mission to become a one-stop shop for service and productivity improvement, ESPS has finalised a partnership agreement with FullFact, a productivity solutions software provider. 
The agreement entails ESPS selling and implementing FullFact software for analysing production systems and visualising productivity losses. This partnership enables ESPS to assess client projects for productivity improvement from the outset.
ESPS has developed an OEE Mobile Workstation, ESPS’s innovative and flexible solution for improving the efficiency of production equipment. The OEE Mobile Workstation can be linked to one or more machines or pieces of equipment to perform a variety of measurements and on-the-spot analyses. This workstation’s very user-friendly software was developed by FullFact. In addition, ESPS has now become an official FullFact technical partner.

ESPS and FANUC Robotics Benelux recently signed a system integrator contract to underline their close collaboration. The contract allows ESPS to sell and install FANUC industrial robots. As an authorised FANUC system integrator, ESPS can increase its offering to include robotic system engineering and integration.
FANUC Robotics is the world’s largest supplier of industrial robots and a leading provider of automation solutions, which cover a wide range of industries and applications, including aerospace, automotive, food, solar panel assembly and palletizing.

Recently, ESPS has received the certification for the ISO 13485 standard. This is a big step in the broadening of ESPS production activities, now qualified mass production of medical devices is possible for our (future) customers.
ISO 13485 is an ISO standard, published in 2003, that represents the requirements for a comprehensive management system for the design and manufacture of medical devices.
From 2011 mass production of medical devices will take place at the ESPS clean room facility in Almelo.
